  3. Select 'Device Details'

  4. Click on 'Message'

  6. Select Receive Messages and Send Notifications'

  7. Now click on 'Alarm Message Type'

  8. From the list select your alarm type configured on your camera

    Notifications will now be enabled.


Non-Account Mode:

For users who are accessing their DMSS devices locally without a registered account, the process is slightly different but equally straightforward:

  1. Open the DMSS app

  2. In 'Home' click on the 3 dots to the right of the recorder

  3. Select 'Device Details'

  4. Now click on 'Multichannel Alarm Subscription'

  5. Enable 'Notifications'

  7. Once complete click on 'Save' Notifications will now be enabled.
